As he also wrote the cookbook Mirisi i okusi dalmatinske kuhinje (which contains recipes of the Dalmatian cuisine), apart from preparing classic dishes, he is also an artist in designing new specialties, but he sticks to his standards: he always gives advantage to regional, seasonal and domestic.
In culinary endeavors, great attention is paid to the procurement of fresh, indigenous food. In preparation of seafood specialties we use fresh fish which is delivered to us every day by our fishermen. We cook dishes from ancient recipes of the island climate made in the most modern way of top gastronomy.
