The gastronomic tradition of the Dunatov family originated in Ugljan, and after a lot of dedicated work, we continue right here where it all began. Guests of the hotel will, among other things, enjoy quality Mediterranean dishes prepared in a modern way.

Gastronomy is a passion of the owner and chef - Stjepan Dunatov, for whom quality is the deciding criterion, therefore our restaurant is a place where food of superior taste is combined with impeccable presentation and professional service to create an unforgettable experience for our hotel guests.

As he also wrote the cookbook Mirisi i okusi dalmatinske kuhinje (which contains recipes of the Dalmatian cuisine), apart from preparing classic dishes, he is also an artist in designing new specialties, but he sticks to his standards: he always gives advantage to regional, seasonal and domestic.

Alongside Stjepan Dunatov, we present to you, executive chef - Karlo Pintarić, who ensured a unique experience of top cuisine  with a combination of traditional recipes and modern looking dishes.

In culinary endeavors, great attention is paid to the procurement of fresh, indigenous food. In preparation of seafood specialties we use fresh fish which is delivered to us every day by our fishermen. 

We cook dishes from ancient recipes of the island climate made in the most modern way of top gastronomy.
